Community Tickets Student Matinee Order Form
This application will submit your request to purchase tickets for students to attend one of the Kauffman Center’s Open Doors Community Ticket student matinee performances. Seating is limited and applications will be processed in the order they are received. Submission of this order form will not guarantee seats since you will still need to submit payment for tickets. All tickets must be paid for in full by a month prior to the performance date. After completing this form, you will receive more information about how to confirm your order and pay for tickets.
Groups with more than 20 students that plan to travel to the Kauffman Center by bus are eligible to receive transportation assistance through our Open Doors program. Click here to submit an Open Doors Transportation Assistance application.

After you submit your order form, you will receive an email confirmation. We will review your form and you will receive a separate email within 2-3 weeks confirming ticket availability and an invoice for payment. Tickets must be paid for in full at least one month prior to the performance date.
