Open Doors Transportation Fund Application

This application will submit your request for an Open Doors Transportation Fund Bus Allowance. You must also book your seats with the appropriate arts organization. Schedule information for qualifying performances is available below and contact information for each organization will be provided upon completion of this form.

The Open Doors Bus Transportation Allowance is available for classes of 20 or more students and only covers the cost of student transportation.

The amount of your bus fund allowance will be calculated based on the number and grades of students attending a performance. Your actual bus costs may vary depending on your school’s transportation policies.
Adults are not eligible for the bus fund allowance, even if they are traveling on the bus with the students.

Don’t forget to reserve your seats for your preferred performance directly with the arts organization.

After you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation. We will review your application and you will receive a separate email within 1-2 business days confirming the amount of your bus transportation allowance.
