Ensemble members enjoyed beautiful views and an impressive menu at the Summer Chef’s Table dinner, hosted at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Created by Chefs Brandon Parker and Justin Voldan and supported by their exceptional team and sponsor RSM US LLP, the menu featured compressed watermelon amuse bouche, red snapper ceviche, seared ancho coffee flatiron steak, and an innovative edible dropped ice cream. The Ensemble Chef’s Table dinner series takes place three times a year.
Ensemble, presented by PNC, is the Kauffman Center’s business membership program for local companies in the KC metro area. Joining Ensemble offers businesses opportunities to network, expand, reward employees, and support the arts.
