Purchasing Gift Certificates

There are three ways to purchase gift certificates.

  • To order online, include the amount you want to purchase. After purchase, complete the fields of the printable gift certificate with the gift certificate number found on your order confirmation email before gifting.
  • To order by phone, call the Kauffman Center Ticket Office at 816.994.7222.
  • To order in person, visit our ticket office at 1601 Broadway Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

There are three ways to redeem gift certificates.

  • Redeem online at kauffmancenter.org. You will need to enter your gift certificate number during the checkout process.
  • Redeem by phone by calling our ticket office at 816.994.7222 and providing the gift certificate number.
  • Redeem in person at the Kauffman Center Ticket Office.

Kauffman Center gift certificates are only redeemable towards single-ticket and subscription package purchases made through kauffmancenter.org, by phone at 816.994.7222 or at the Kauffman Center Ticket Office. They are not available for use towards season packages sold by Kansas City Symphony, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Kansas City Ballet, Harriman-Jewell Series or Kansas City Broadway Series.

Certificates are not available for concessions or merchandise and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates never expire and all gift certificate sales are final. Applicable fees are added to any tickets purchased.
