Digital ticketing offers the convenience of using your smartphone as your event ticket.

It provides access to the Kauffman Center with a unique QR code that can be scanned from your screen. If you need help accessing digital tickets for your event, please follow these instructions before visiting the Kauffman Center.

How to Access Digital Tickets

1. Visit the Appropriate Mobile Wallet

If purchased from an official ticket seller, the appropriate mobile wallet link can be found in your order confirmation email.

Digital tickets for:
• Kansas City Ballet can be found at tickets.kcballet.org.
• Kansas City Symphony can be found at wallet.kcsymphony.org.
• Lyric Opera of Kansas City can be found at mobile.kcopera.org.

• Kauffman Center Presents and all other events can be found at mobile.kauffmancenter.org.

Log in using the same email and password you use to log into tickets.kauffmancenter.org or use passwordless authentication. This can only be done on a mobile phone using the email associated with your account.

For ease of access, bookmark the web address on your device, log in before you arrive at the Kauffman Center and select “Stay Logged In” when prompted.

2. Open Your Mobile Wallet

Tickets are delivered to your mobile wallet immediately upon purchase. If ticket sharing is available, it can be done right away.

The ability to save tickets to your Apple Wallet is available without the QR code. However, because of the dynamic QR code, tickets cannot be added to your Google Wallet.

3. Scan Your Ticket at the Venue

The QR code will appear a few hours before doors open for the performance. Your barcode includes technology to protect it.

Screenshots or printouts will not be accepted upon entry.

Quick Tips

Open a browser (e.g., Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome) to view your mobile tickets.

  • If you have forgotten your login information, use the “Forgot Password?” link below the Log In button.
  • If you experience any issues with your QR code, refresh the page.
  • Make sure your phone’s browser is using light mode.

Digital Ticket Sharing

  • Digital tickets can be shared with anyone via the mobile wallet by tapping the share tickets button, entering the recipient’s name and selecting the ticket(s) you would like to share.
