Kauffman Center’s Preferred Hotel Partner, Loews Hotel, will soon offer a new fine dining experience courtesy of a few famous Chiefs players.

Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes have announced 1587 Prime, a modern steakhouse, opening in early 2025. The name combines the athletes’ jersey numbers and the restaurant’s cutting-edge feel.

The dining space will occupy nearly 10,000 square feet over two floors, featuring street-level access and multiple private dining rooms. Kelce and Mahomes hope it will be an upscale, yet welcoming atmosphere with a menu focused on high-quality steak and an extensive wine collection.

The Loews Hotel is perfectly positioned for visitors seeking Kansas City’s culture and locals who appreciate the art and dining options downtown. It is known for its many community events along with dining and specialty packages.  View more of Loews’ food, drink and lodging options at loewshotels.com/kansas-city-hotel.
