Accessing Digital Tickets
Digital ticketing offers you the convenience of using your smartphone as your event ticket, providing access to the Kauffman Center with a unique QR code that can be scanned from your screen.
If you have digital tickets for your event, please see these instructions before visiting the Kauffman Center.
1. Visit mobile.kauffmancenter.org
Log in using the same Email and Password used to log in to tickets.kauffmancenter.org. This must be done only on a mobile phone. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link below the “Log In” button.
2. Select your event
3. Scan your ticket at the venue
The QR code will appear a few hours before doors open for the performance. Your barcode includes technology to protect it; screenshots or printouts will not be accepted at entry. If you have trouble viewing your QR code after it has been delivered, refresh your browser.

Quick Troubleshooting Tips:
- To view your digital tickets, open a browser (ex. Safari, Google Chrome).
- If you are unsure of your login information, please message us or call 816.994.7222.
- If you have previously logged in and things don’t look as expected, refresh the page.
- Make sure your phone’s browser is using light mode.
