Audio Production Supervisor
Reports to: Director of Theater Operations
The Audio Production Supervisor works with a team of production supervisors in a multi-venue environment, serves as lead audio engineer for select events, liaises with artists, touring technicians, event clients, contractors, and Kauffman Center staff, and more. The Audio Production Supervisor oversees excellent technical and customer service to ensure a safe, positive experience for all visitors to the Kauffman Center.
Reports to: Director of Development
The Development Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of the ‘Individual’ membership groups and is one of the primary fundraising solicitors on the development team.
Shared Services Database Manager
Reports to: Controller
This is a key role in ensuring the success of a multiple organization consortium utilizing a single database to provide the best customer service experiences for both donors and other patrons. The database manager will be the central point of contact between the organization, the software provider Tessitura and other related consultants and contractors. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of database administration procedures as well as the ability to work and communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse team and various vendors.
Ticketing Services Manager
Reports to: Public Relations Manager
The Ticketing Services Manager leads a team of individuals to establish and maintain the highest possible levels of customer service. Supporting internal team members and external patrons, event clients, supporters, sponsors, vendors, and performing organizations, the Ticketing Services Manager focuses on managing processes/resources and effectively communicating to a wide range of stakeholders.
